BUSINESS ARCHITECT (FINANCIAL SECTOR) - SWITZERLAND - CONTRACT
For one of our clients - a leading Swiss bank, we are searching for an experienced Business Architect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving the alignment of the business strategy to the operational and IT design
- Helping drive transformational change throughout the organization
- Providing feedback on the service design, systems, infrastructure, business models, etc.
- Making recommendations for the architecture to PMs and Change Managers
- Leading architecture workshops
- Working with a broad range of stakeholders at various levels
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial sector as a Solution Architect
- Deep Business Architecture knowledge (service design, systems, infrastructure, business models, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering complex change programs
- Experience in modelling business processes
- Ability to design TOMs and develop roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management and organization skills
- Fluent English
