The selected candidate will perform business architecture activity covering a scale of change of around £3-5m, possibly up to £10m. This will include responsibility for providing executive insight, shaping and aligning change programmes, solving design issues and challenges and governing business design.
To be successful in this role you will be a skilled Business Architect with a wealth of process improvement and target operating model design experience, gained within Financial Services.
Proven business process design experience is essential for this role, ideally backed up with relevant certifications (eg Lean, Six Sigma).
