Business Architect - CRM & Loyalty Systems, integration, Digital Transformation - is required by a large technology innovation organisation to join their digital transformation consulting team and work on some of the most complex business-led technology transformation initiatives in Europe.
You will be responsible for:
- developing process maps and business rules for CRM and Loyalty systems
- integration of Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Systems into the digital solutions
- supporting business process re-design
Required experience:
- business analysis background including requirements elicitation, process modelling, documentation, BPR etc..
- broad modelling experience using various tools
- technical integration experience
- functional experience with various loyalty solutions
- business design and architecture experience
