The role will require successful and timely delivery of Group Strategic Initiatives. The successful candidate will develop models and maintain the target and transition state operating models. They will work closely with business and IT colleagues throughout the lifestyle changes.
All candidates will require experience in the banking/financial sector. You should also have very good stakeholder management and take responsibility for self-development, actively seeking feedback and acting accordingly.
