BUSINESS ARCHITECT/BUSINESS PROCESS ENGINEER - FINANCIAL PLANNING, SERVICE MANAGEMENT, BANKING

On behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are searching for a Business Architect/Business Process Engineer with a strong track record in the area of corporate financial planning and financial management to work on a long-term contract assignment. You would have the opportunity to be a major part of a team responsible for driving the company towards a service centric organization, as well as driving the service demand planning process and linking this to the financial planning process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining the right processes and methodologies for the company Service Management Framework
- Documenting processes and business requirements
- Liaising with the business and IT stakeholders to ensure the optimal design and implementation of the company future Service Management Framework
- Supporting the design and methodologies for the annual demand based planning, working closely with the service portfolio demand, financial management capabilities
- Working closely with the CTO on the tooling strategy
- Defining service planning guidelines
- Helping with project management activities and coaching junior members
IDEAL PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in a Process Engineering/Business Architect function
- Strong background In Financial Planning & Controlling
- At least several years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in banking
- Experience with process management frameworks and their successful delivery in a complex environment
- Experience with Service Management projects would be an advantage
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience communicating with stakeholders at various seniority levels
- Fluent English
