Business Architect - (Business Analyst) 6 Month contract Dublin.
My client a global leader in their business is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Business Architect - (Business Analyst) to join them on a contract basis of 6 months.
You will have a proven track record of working at business architecture level, understanding and explaining issues from a business point of view and experience working with key stakeholders to develop and refine business vision and plan its implementation. Candidates will have experience working with technical architects to develop and refine a solution design You will have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships as well as managing and resolving conflict.
Successful candidates will have experience in mentoring, coaching and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices and have excellent facilitation and prioritization skills, effectively managing different complexities and criteria across multiple projects. You will have previous consulting experience would be advantageous, as would deep domain expertise in the financial and banking sectors.
