Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Architect to join their Edinburgh based team for 6 months initial contract.

The successfully candidate will have previous banking experience as well as the following skills:
*Experience of leadership, team working, negotiating, strong stakeholder management and emotional intelligence
*Change Management experience with understanding of business organisation, operational risk and process redesign.
*Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation
*Knowledge and significant experience of the application of design theories, models and practices.
*Good knowledge of defining and achieving transformational business and technology change to large complex organisations, to deliver business and customer outcomes
*Friendly and inclusive attitude towards colleagues and emphasis on team dynamics
*Experience of working alone or as part of a team, experience of analysing ref data and insights
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, good knowledge of the change environment
*Must have the ability to communicate at most level from seniors to peers to subordinates.
*Friendly and inclusive attitude towards colleagues treating them with respect and displaying the behaviours and attitudes expected towards our customers, stakeholders and SME's
*Ability to assess "as is" "Transitional" and "To be" architecture blueprints
*Strong commercial awareness
*Negotiation/Mediation skills
*Has worked within a formal design methodology (eg TOGAF, Systems Engineering etc)
*Programme delivery experience from either a customer (specifying requirements) or delivery (meeting requirements) perspective
*Experience or knowledge of both programme and project management methodology
*Ability to translate and articulate technical language into appropriate audience driven language
