Business Architect

- in a technical discrete industry environment
- that covers both the Manufacturing Execution layer and the SCADA layer
- in which you are responsible for both the business and IT component

MISSION

The business architect/consultant will provide a business architecture for the client's project

Responsibilities

make a business architecture plan

Provide a blueprint and take care that the requirement engineer can write the specifications

Is fully at ease in working with the middle management, but also in working with operators, assemblers and testers

Organise workshops

Acts as 'sparring partner' for Project Leaders of other projects and the Program Manager on project and program related matters

Does not only define and steer, but is also focused on the operational aspects of the implementation; has a hands-on mentality

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE LEVEL

has a proven track record in the role of Business architect/consultant in projects with a IT component, in a (preferably technical) manufacturing environment and has a HBO/WO level.

We are not looking for an IT architect but a business architect with some knowledge of the IT/SW

EXPERIENCE:

Has a proven business track record

Has knowledge and experience of business consultancy within a test outroll environment.

Has experience in working on projects in a technical discrete industry environment

Has experience in IT system implementation and roll-out

Preferably has experience/knowledge of MES and SCADA systems

PERSONAL SKILLS

Able to convince, inspire and motivate people

Able to cooperate with people on the shop floor up to and including higher management;

Action oriented

Drive, enthusiasm and persistence

Excellent communication skills and drive to help realizing the project's business goals, whatever it takes.

Good knowledge of both Dutch and English language is a MUST;

AVAILABILITY

The candidate should be available ASAP, for 4-5 days/wk, initially for 9 months, with likely possibility of extension.
