Business Architect

Our client, a large financial services company, are currently recruiting for a Business Architect to be based in Edinburgh.

In this role, you will be working on a programme to support the new growth strategy to help grow the change capability within the Consumer Finance business.

You will be responsible for:

* Target Operating Model and Transition State definition for Transformation Programme
* Definition of key transformation capabilities required to achieve strategic vision of programme and identifying key operational changes to achieve those
* Definition of the Transformation Roadmap to achieve the Programme Strategy
* Detailed Programme Operating Model definition

You will be required to have the following experience:

* Stakeholder Management across all levels upto Executive level
* Proven Experience in Business Architecture roles
* Operating Model definition experience
* Strong Analysis and problem solving skill set
* Ability to create clarity from ambiguity
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong Team working ethic, but ability to work on their own to deliver set tasks and deliverables
* Financial Services experience
* Strong Change Management experience
