JOB: BUSINESS APPLICATION SUPPORT
PURPOSE:
Our client is looking for a BUSINESS APPLICATION SUPPORT in order to assume the following responsabilities:
- Provide 2sd level support over business applications
- Manage and support ERP application systems
- Provide well documented incident reports
PROFILE:
- Hold a university degree in engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as support and change manager
- Very strong experience in business processes, especially Order To Cash and Procure To Pay
- Service and results oriented
- Languages: French and English mandatory
- SWISS RESIDENT
