Our Client, one of the world's largest outsourcing and IT consultancies, is looking to recruit a contract Business Application Services Lead to join their team in Vienna, Austria.

The Business Application Services Lead will need to have the following experience.

· Oracle - Core Apps (L1) - Basic trained in process flows and know 2 core modules. Ability to navigate the screens work as per the guidelines. Trained in D2K, SQL and PL/SQL.
· Oracle HRMS Consulting (L2) - Working experience and should be able to deliver with minimal supervision. Able to understand customer requirements and be able to map the right technology tools to be used. Ability to configure and setup any of the HRMS Modules. Ability to provide guidance.
· Oracle Apps Technical (L1) - basic overview of Oracle Apps (across FIN, SCM), understanding of Apps architecture, basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
· Oracle Apps HRMS Functional (L3) - Proactively engage customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement. Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package. Should be able to mentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design. Demonstrates advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - HRMS, Payroll. Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development. Work with Business Development to participate in the bid process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators vis-a-vis competition.

All candidates must be strong Business Application Services Leads with in depth knowledge of Oracle Core Apps, Oracle HRMS Consulting, Oracle Apps Technical and Oracle Apps HRMS Functional.
