For our client, an international Bank based in the Area of Zürich are looking for a

BUSINESS APPLICATION OWNER - ASAP UNTIL DEC 2015 (OPTION OF EXTENSION)

TASKS

- Technical specification of business requirements. Consulting of business engineers in technical areas
- Reviewing of documentation and specification provided by other project members
- You support the test managers by active communication, stable code and effective, sound bugfixing and the quality managers in review processes to ensure the verification of work results
- Furthermore you support the offshore cooperation by actively improving processes, technical infrastructure, architecture and cultural understanding
- You are in charge of the design and for a design conform implementation of an application, including interfaces to the surrounding systems
- You constantly improve the current application, software process and code base
- You comply to the policies and standards of our client of software development
- You provide planning input regarding solution engineering project activities to the Project Manager
- Furthermore you are responsible for all project-related solution engineering work products content and quality of the application documentation (eg System Specification) delivered by the project

REQUIREMENTS

- You have a strong knowledge in J2EE, Oracle (SQL), Eclipse, CORBA, WebService, Weblogic
- You have practical experience in Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance, XML, XSD, XSLT
- Furthermore you have knowledge in JAP, the Banking environment and Document Rendering (Assentis, Papyrus)
- Strong communication skills in English - Verbal and written
