IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Serve as Business Lead/Business Owner for PDG systems with support from Business Application Leader
-Build and maintain functional knowledge for assigned systems & associated business processes
-Establish relationships with business stakeholders (internal and external) to understand strategic direction and priorities
-Partner with Informatics, Business Process Owners, Key Business Stakeholders, Training Leads and Support Leads
-Review and analyze existing system's effectiveness and efficiency and develop strategies for improving or leveraging systems
-Plan, manage & facilitate delivery of system related communications to key stakeholders
-Support the management of system change requests in partnership with Informatics
-Participate in validating, testing, and coordinating updates of related system documentation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound work experience in Application Management
-Good knowledge of Clinical operations processes and systems (CTMS – Clinical Trial Management System, ETMF – Electronic Trial Masterfile)
-Good understanding of end to end system landscape
-Expertise with systems improvements and integrations in support of business processes
-Understanding of software development processes along all stages of software product life-cycle
-Experience in defining requirements/specifications and user acceptance testing for computer systems
-Comfortable in working in a global cross-functional team (matrix) environment
-Influencing and negotiating skills
-Fluency in English
