Business Application & Development Specialist

Tasks:

- Level 3 sustain for SAP APO SNP solution and related BW reports
- Manage resolution of incidents assigned to Level 3
- Functional analysis of incidents assigned to Level 3
- Functional enhancements to SAP APO SNP solution and related BW reports
- Manage projects for small to medium enhancements
- Team member in projects covering larger enhancements
- Preparation of test scripts
- Functional acceptance testing
- Solution documentation

Requirements, minimum 2 years of experience in the following:

- Good functional knowledge of SAP APO SNP solution:
- SNP Heuristic
- Deployment
- Transport Load Builder
- APO master data
- Integration of SNP with other APO functionality: forecast release; integration with PPDS
- Technical knowledge of SAP APO:
- Planning area administration
- Planning book maintenance (including macros)
- SAP APO configuration for SNP
- Functional knowledge of BW reporting (not technical knowledge)
- Writing functional specifications and test scripts for APO enhancements
- Writing solution documentation for APO solutions
- Good oral and written communication in English, French is a plus
