Je functie: Context
IT Payment Shared Service Center (SSC) is in charge of applications management for assets. The assets include International Payments, Sepa, Cheques, Values, Swift, Intelli et Global Cash Pooling. Our key customers are located in Belgium, France and Italy.
Our department is divided into 3 teams:
- Asset Management gathering SME per assets;
- Delivery Management including test team to ensure projects and release delivery;
- Resource Pool where workforce is available to support delivery.
Testing team is responsible for the testing of corrective and evolutive maintenance of the application. Two releases are planned every year to correct incidents and implement Change Requests requested by the business lines.
Function Description
As a tester, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the testing of Payments applications in the framework of the two main releases but as well in the context of ad-hoc testing activities.
As business analyst you will manage business requirements. More precisely, you will:
- organize the meetings of business needs analysis
- make the reports linked to those meetings
- set up the business requirement documents
- collaborate with the IT department to manage the adequacy between business needs and technical possibility
- manage the validation of the business requirement by all parties.
For both activities, you will be involved in the project management activities like the organization of meetings including the set-up of support adapted to the expectations of the participants and being able to report to persons having different roles related to the application.
