Business and Systems Analyst - SAP FM and Salesforce (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Conducting meetings and presentations to gather input, share ideas and discuss findings
- Evaluating business processes, clarifying and anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Contributing to roll-out communications, training and support
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
- Managing competing resources and priorities
- Monitoring ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate processes and modernize systems

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field work experience
- In-depth experience in Business and Systems Analyst roles 
- Experience working with an offshore technology delivery partner 
- Experience with SAP Procurement & Finance and essential 
- Experience with SAP funds management and experience with Salesforce beneficial 
- Experience supporting user technology adoption 
- Strong experience in process Analysis and Design 
- Strong communications skills 
- Strong client orientation 
- Drive for results 
- Teamwork oriented 
- Analytical thinking and decisive judgment
