JOB TITLE: Business & Systems Analyst

LOCATION: Northampton

SALARY: £300 to £340 per day

I have an urgent requirement for a Business and Systems Analyst to join my PUBLIC SECTOR client based in Northampton - You MUST have previously worked in Local Authority Business Analyst roles.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

- Standard Rates (as a specialism) would be preferred
- Outsourcing and handling transfer experience
- Business Analysis skills (essential)
- Systems Analysis skills (essential)
- Experience of transformation projects
- Experience of process convergence
- Experience of handling resistance to change
- Extracting and Interpreting customer requirements
- Understanding of HR and Finance processes
- Strong information gathering and reporting skills
- Options identification and evaluation skills
- Process mapping (essential)
- Business cases
- Project brief systems skills (essential)
- Visio (essential)
