Business Analyst
Are you looking for great & strategic challenges as a member of a Retail Banking Transformation program?
My client is looking for a Business Analyst to help them to design & implement a new Retail distribution model and to optimize their branch network?
THE BUSINESS ANALYST WILL BE REQUIRED:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of projects to achieve planned outcomes
- Support the management of both complex and cross-domain projects
- Strongly contribute to all aspects of projects from scoping, planning & development, scheduling, and costing to change controlling, dependencies, risks and issues managing
- Strongly contribute to the delivery of our product backlog by documenting & monitoring our project deliverables
- Take detailed notes, summarizing in a concise fashion the essence of meetings/workshops to distribute clearly on decisions taken and actions identified. Follow-up of these actions
- Using project reporting data and presenting it in an appropriate format which includes the formal communication of project information to stakeholders.
- Working in a structured way to get commitment of involved parties, to support change at and to communicate effectively
- Guarantee the quality and sustainability of deliverables
THE RIGHT BUSINESS ANALYST SHOULD HAVE:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management and/or as business analyst
- Good knowledge of and functional expertise in banking and financial services
affinity with IT - Proven communication/influencing skills with the ability to work at all levels
- Experience within a Project Office environment
- Thorough knowledge of English, Dutch and French
