BUSINESS ANALYTICS PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a 6 MONTH PLUS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in Sunnyvale, CA.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Experience in of consumer electronic industry or Ecommerce or Retail or Manufacturing projects experience
- AUDITING, FORECASTING AND ANALYSIS
- Aid decision making process by utilizing reporting tools (Excel skills)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Business Analytics Program Manager will Support Extended Warranty Program Lead in the day to day operations managing the Extended Warranty business.
- Business Analytics Program Manager will Coordinate with cross-functional teams to COMPLETE GAP ANALYSIS in all processes related to Extended Warranty functions
- Document end to end processes to ISO standard (desktop procedures and process flows)
- Business Analytics Program Manager will Dogfood ( QA) Extended Warranty related processes
- Program manage "improvement" plan to meet stretch goals
- Business Analytics Program Manager will Provide status update suitable for Senior Director level consumption
- Manage readiness set-up process for all new devices/variants
- DEVELOP EXTENDED WARRANTY METRICS DASHBOARD WITH INSIGHTS
- Secondary responsibilities include ANALYTICS AND RETURN/REPAIR FORECASTING.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five (5) plus years of experience - Program Management
- THREE (3) PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AUDITING, FORECASTING AND ANALYSIS
- EXPERIENCE IN EXTENDED WARRANTY (EW).
- Cross functional expertise (interacting with "go to market teams", legal, underwriters, E-commerce, etc.)
- Proficient with MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of consumer electronic products and related reverse logistics processes
- Communication and reporting skills at all levels of an organization
- Analytic and problem solving skills
- Project management
- PROCESS AUDITING
- Able to build models from scratch and defend the methodology used
- Must be able to lead/influence change
- TRAVEL UP TO 20% MAY BE REQUIRED

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- OBIEE, BO and SQL knowledge is desirable
