BUSINESS ANALYTICS IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST
The role of the consultant would be to support a business expert in the end to end implementation of the Business Analytics track in the ACE project.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
The responsibility will include support a business expert of the commercial intelligence team during requirement definitions, implementation and testing. After that, the job of the consultant will exist in the (re)build of the new reports of the team. During the first weeks the knowledge build up will be done via some small reporting optimisations in the LTF process and support to the Campaign Management and Segmentation tracks in the ACE project. The ACE project is a multi year project during which will prepare itself for the future by adapting to the new market communication rules (Atrias), a new CRM system and an upadte of the Enterprise Service Bus. In the framework of the ACE project a complete review and rebuild of the commercial reporting is needed as both the source systems and reporting tools will change. These changes will also allow new reporting functionalitites, eg dashboarding, and these new functionalitites have to be exploited maximally in the rebuild of the reporting.
KNOWLEDGE
In order of importance:
SAP Business Objects: experience in report building + dashboarding
Salesforce: experience with reporting in Salesforce + data extraction
SPSS modeller
SAS
EXPERIENCE
Senior: 3-5 years
