Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the clients family of companies. The Customer and Logistics Services EMEA team is recruiting for a Business Analytics Manager within its Strategy and Deployment EMEA group. This position is ideally located in Zug, CH or Beerse, BE

CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics and transportation. The Strategy and Deployment group focuses on creating and deploying strategic capabilities to maximize value to the client. CLS supports all three sectors of the client Medical Device and Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. CLS is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility.

The CLS EMEA Business Analytics Analyst will mainly be responsible cross sector Transportation Spend Visibility Reporting in the region. He/she will be responsible for model maintenance and updates, as well as driving value identification with the appropriate stakeholders across the region through analytics and simulations. He/she will also ensure appropriate governance structures are in place to drive our regional CTS strategy as well as cost improvement commitments.

He/she will also be contribute for the onward reporting of Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards to both the EMEA CLS Leadership Team as well as to the Global CLS organization as appropriate, whilst at the same time further developing the analytics strategy within the region in conjunction with IT and functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Provide visibility on transportation cost optimization projects and cost-to-serve analytics to identify new saving opportunities and provide recommendations for order profile optimization carrier and service level change, shift to different transport modes, etc
Provide analytical support on tenders and network optimization studies
Support strategy development and deployment of standardized KPIs and dashboards across the region to measure business, carrier performance and drive continuous improvement
Track and report KPIs and dashboards for cost, service and on-time deliveries
Support regional and global transportation projects in the area of Analytics, processes and Technology
Initiate and implement ideas on improvement of data consolidation

KPIs and Dashboards for Cost, Service and Quality
Successful project implementations within area of responsibility

Qualifications and Requirements
Preferably educated to degree or BA level or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, procurement or information management or equivalent by experience.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required, fluency in additional European languages is a plus
Strong Excel skills (Advance and Macro)
Access query designing
Project management FPX methodology
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage complexity and take ownership for deliverables.
Numerate and IT literate (ie all MS Office applications).
Knowledge of Spend approaches and techniques
Familiarity of KPIs across logistics and customer service functions
Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP/JDE) and Reporting Software (Tableau)
Role requires very limited to no travelling but will be based in one location Beerse, BE or Zug, CH
Position holder must be resident in the region of responsibility.
