Harms Consulting is a dynamic, innovative and experienced SAP Partner, specialising in SAP business software. We are a full service consulting firm offering all aspects of services for the SAP software life cycle, from planning to building and running the application.

The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established manufacturer of iconic FMCG brands is implementing SAP ERP 6.0 and need a team of professionals to successfully deliver using the Australian Best Practices baseline.

Working with the project team you will be the intermediary between end-users and Functional Consultants to ensure business and user requirements are delivered on time.  You will work closely with SMEs to review and approve functional specifications, create process maps and identify areas for process improvement.  You will co-ordinate testing, prepare and deliver end-user training, and support change management activities.

The Candidate
You will have the following attributes and experience:

- 3-5 years business analysis experience with a minimum of 2 years within one of the following business areas: Finance and Controlling; Production; or, Sales
- Strong understanding of all aspects of systems/software development life cycle including business process re-engineering within an SAP environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs
- Strong functional specification writing/documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- FMCG industry experience
- A can-do attitude and a team player
