Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services Company. Our global Banking client based in Zürich, Switzerland, is currently looking for an experienced Business Analysts/Requirements Engineers to join them on a long term basis.

THE ROLE

*Lead of Business and RE Workshops and Meetings
*Recording of essential information and conclusions
*Strong engagement in finding appropriate detail solution together with business based on their requirements and with focus on feasibility and overall project plan
*Business Engineering and Requirement Engineering Documents with a specification level detailed enough for developers
*Specification Documents for IT Developers
*Work together with Business and IT specialists and combine such skills
*Systematically discuss all relevant Business and IT aspects
*Derive the essential information and document it
*Focus on defining and agreeing a clear scope together with business
*Develop and compile large "requirement engineering document" out of the business requests

Technical or Other Skills:

*Strong Business and Requirement Engineering Skills.
*Req. engineering methods as UML, Datamodelling, Decision table
*Banking skills
*Candidate must provide seniority and skills to:
-work together with Business and IT specialists and combine such skills
-leading younger colleagues
-systematically discuss all relevant Business and IT aspects
-derive the essential information and document it
-focus on defining and agreeing a clear scope together with business
-develop and compile large "requirement engineering document" out of the business requests
-being able to work autonomously and to deliver

*Classical RE and Project Management skills
*Good IT foundation
*Business Engineering and Requirement Engineering Documents with a specification level detailed enough for developers
*Specification Documents for IT Developers
