BUSINESS ANALYSTS- LIFE AND PENSIONS INSURANCE - DUBLIN
My Blu Chip Insurance client requires strong Life and Pensions Business Analysts to work on a number of projects including a new and large scale migration. You will be responsible for Business Analysis duties such as requirement gathering, creating specifications, workshop facilitation, interviews, business process design, reports design and business process modelling. The client is a well known Life Assurance company who is in need of several strong Business Analysts ideally to start any time between now and the new year.
Experience required includes - - Experience of working on IT projects with the Life and Pensions arena.
- Experience in managing or analysing issues within large and complex organisations
- Experience of working on large and complex change programmes
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is essential given tight timescales- particularly Life and Pensions Insurance
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with both technical and business communities
- Ideal candidates will require good all round problem solving skills with excellent spoken and written communication
