DESCRIPTION:

Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for 3 Dutch & French speaking Business Analysts for a major project in Brussels within the Public Sector industry starting ASAP.

Please see below for the technical skills required for this role:

Role:
- Capture and document business requirements (through studywork, workshops, ...)
- Business Process Analysis & modelling
- Support Business case development (if required)
- Assess impact on organization, processes, IT applications, data streams
- Identification of business issues/risks (and mitigation proposition)
- Document business processes, roles and responsibilities (vision & business blueprint document)
- Co-present findings and conclusions to management
- Each business analyst will work in a different area: Finance/Tax/Data Management

Skills & Competences:
- Capability to quickly understand the context and the key business challenges
- Capability to quickly identify critical versus non-critical processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of information systems
- Knowledge of medium to large organization administrative business processes, preferably public sector
- Good knowledge of modelling methodologies and tools (ex. UML)
- Good knowledge of business processes analysis as well as associated tools
- Capability in drafting findings in reports and/or vision documents
- Comfortable to present findings at (senior) management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis (tools like Aris )
- Demonstrated experience in modelling tools (UML)
- Experience in IS consulting and studies
- Proven experience with quality and security procedures
