Business Analyst - Yardi System Upgrade - Top Tier Property Investment

BUSINESS ANALYST - YARDI SYSTEM UPGRADE - TOP TIER PROPERTY INVESTMENT FIRM - LONDON

Exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a market leading Property Investment Firm.
This role is based in their London office and offers a long term contract with a very competitive daily rate (£450 - £600 depending on experience).

You will have the opportunity to work on a business critical project. My client currently uses Yardi Voyager 6 as their property management system and are upgrading to Yardi Voyager 7S.

You will be responsible for working closely with the business and IT, gathering requirements and creating functional specifications which will help identify the requirements needed for the upgrade. In addition you will looking at the As-Is and To-Be framework and analysing the operational processes needed for the implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven Business Analysis within Property Investment Firms
- Must have good understanding and experience of Yardi Voyager (highly desirable to have worked on upgrade projects from 6 to 7S)
- Excellent written and verbal communication capable of gathering requirements and writing detailed documentation
- Good stakeholder management
