You will be required to work with Business teams to illicit business requirements, map 'as is' business processes, facilitate workshops and build relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties.
To be successful in this role you will come from a strong Business Analysis background within a Financial Services environment and possess specific knowledge of credit cards. You must be a strong communicator, able to document and communicate 'to be' business processes to a wide and diverse range of stakeholders. You will have previous experience of working on large scale credit card programmes.
