Business Analyst x 2

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the IT and Media Services (ITMS) Business Engagement team at an exciting time of investment and modernisation at DMU.

You will work with managers and colleagues within ITMS and across the University to help develop a clear understanding of business activities, processes and drivers and be responsible for producing key project deliverables such as Business Requirement Specifications, Business Process Maps, Business Cases, and Options Appraisals.

You should be organised, motivated and enthusiastic about helping ITMS make a difference to our staff and students.
You should be able to demonstrate: Good communication skills and an ability to present clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in an often pressured, high profile environment.
