On behalf of our client, one of the largest financial institutions, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST (WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT). For this 3 MONTH CONTRACT WITH RENEWAL position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate, who is AVAILABLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing and preparing (Value Stream Optimized) processes for work management tool implementation in close cooperation with process SMEs
- Digitalization and standardization of processes with our workflow management/case management system and rule engine
- Supporting the development and implementation of specific BPM standards, guidelines, frameworks and process governance structure
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:
- Over 3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in a large financial institution
- Proven experience in workflow management
- Solid track record working in Agile environment
- Experience in process modelling
- Fluent understanding and experience in Asset Transfer, Corporate Actions, Unstructured Payments, Client On/Off-boarding processes
