Business Analyst - Work Streams

For our client, a global Software Services company we are looking for a Business Analyst - Work Streams on a freelance basis for Essen.

Project Start: November 2018
Project duration: 12 Months (up to 2 year project)
Location: Essen
Project Language: English

Responsibilities :
- Change request analysis
- Requirement Analysis and management
- Oversee a team of Business Analysts to manage their Work Streams
- Oversee daily activities of the work streams to ensure that there are no duplicates
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Your Skills:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent required, and at least 5 years work experience in operations in a fast-paced environment
- A proven record as a Business Analyst by training and background
- A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis
- The ability to influence stakeholders and team members and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Able to start on short notice

Languages:
- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
- German language is not needed
