Business Analyst (Withholding Tax) - Contract - Zurich

Stamford Consultants AG are looking for a Business Analyst (Withholding Tax) for a well-reputed financial institution in Zurich.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Elicit and elaborate requirements
- Model and document requirements understandable for clients and subsequence roles within it
- Ensure that specification of the user's needs is accurate, complete and unambiguous
- Maintain traceability between requirements and between requirements and requests
- Identify impact of changes on the existing requirements
- Provide inputs to a first test strategy for the application
- Provide input to the project manager for prioritizing requirements

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector
- Good understanding of financial instruments
- Sound knowledge of US withholding processes
- Well banking-knowhow about Tax, primarily Withholding Tax
- Good knowledge reporting for US persons and assets
- Solid theoretical understanding and practical experience of use case modelling in IT projects
- Deep knowledge of securities, single accounts, FX and forward contract transactions processing incl. Corporate Actions
- Experience in using tools like JIRA, Polarion, Enterprise Architect 9.x would be a plus
