Business Analyst with Profound Servicenow Discovery Knowledge

Business Analyst with profound ServiceNow Discovery knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience using ServiceNow including its Service Mapping and module delivery
- Previous training in a highly regulated industry with validated systems as well as arrangement of mid-Servers, development of probes
- Work experience in consulting areas as well as in service management coupled with IT industry knowledge
- Sound knowledge of different device types and technical terminology like CMDB and ITSM
- Strong background in great teamwork and stakeholder engagement to deliver initiation and innovation
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Execution of the technical delivery effort and milestone targets according to the project plan
- Coordinating, and supporting different tests, coupled with training and improvement within Project team
- Representing relevant Programs professionally and provide the public face of the relevant process areas when it is required
- Reporting on the status of deliverables and on observed risks and issues in order to support key decisions making and progress
- Taking responsibility for technical delivery of different discovery components as assigned by working with project management to assist in tracking and eliminating issues
- Collaborating consultatively with stakeholders and run with them iterative workshops to achieve the deployment schedule
