Business Analyst with Process Expertise

We are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST WITH PROCESS EXPERTISE for our client TeliaSonera Sweden.
Based in Stockholm, Farsta you will be working with the BSS BA Team as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to products, business processes, policies and information systems.
Compared to an ordinary IT Business Analyst the BA with Process Expertise is able to excel with these deliverables and the analysis related to them:
- Adopt a Process based approach with a distinction between Process Dimension, Technical Dimension and Organizational Dimension
- Create a high-level process map in DP0-DP1 phase
- Create a detailed As-is process map in DP1-MSA phase
- Create a detailed To-be process map n DP1-MSA phase
- Form Business requirements drawn from the constraints of the To-be process map n MSA-DP2 phase
KEY SKILLS
- Successful facilitation of cross-cultural business and IT workshops
- Ability to align complex and conflicting interests in a cross-cultural environment
- Collect and specify the requirements to meet business, project, and strategic goals.
- Act as a lead and coordinator eliciting business goals and use cases in order to delimit the scope
- Identify business goals, maintain business rules and capture common business vocabulary.
- Define business process, automation requirements and detail business use cases.
- Define conceptual model of the solution according to business requirements.
- Manage the work with prioritisation and re-prioritisation of requirements in dialog with business owner and other stakeholders.
- Is responsible for requirements change management on decided set of requirements, both general requirements and detailed requirements.
- Produces requirement specifications when procuring new and existing systems within the area of responsibility
- Deals with requirement changes which affect IT
- Designs and assesses proposed solutions and tenders in consultation with relevant architecture and maintenance units and IT architects on the basis of a business perspective
- Experiences in using ARIS is an advantage, as is a CERTIFICATE IN IIBA.
- Role can be full time or part time, not less than 50%.
- Fluent English and prefererably also Scandinavian language is required.
