Mission
To meet the business needs of the IT Trading units with innovative solutions that give added value. To analyse requests for new functionalities and to carry out the necessary development work, as well as maintaining and updating the existing applications.

Responsibilities
To analyse, cost and define the parameters for the functionalities required in the field of Trading.
To provide assistance and guidance for their contacts in the business lines by encouraging reflection and helping them to identify and define their needs, before writing the corresponding functional specifications.
To implement projects taking clients' expectations into account (in terms of functionalities, quality, deadlines and costs).
To implement developments, taking account of the standards and methodologies currently in force, before performing tests and drafting the documentation.
To ensure the solutions in production are available and reliable.
To take responsibility for analysing and documenting production incidents.
Providing user support.

Profile
EPF, HES Diploma in management computing or qualification deemed equivalent.
Knowledge of FrontArena software is a must.
Experience of managing IT projects.
Banking experience would be an asset.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Analytical mind, service-minded approach and keen to resolve problems.
English and French required (spoken and written).
Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
