My client is an established financial services company based in Dublin. They currently have an immediate contract requirement for an experienced Business Analyst with previous contact centre experience to join the team.
JOB TITLE
Business Analyst with contact centre experience.
Must have wide exposure and a strong practical knowledge of Contact Centres and their workings.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Previous experience supporting Contact Centre projects
- Previous experience focused on delivery and readiness
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build relationships; successful at leading with indirect influence
- Ability to understand and respond to the business stakeholders needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders such as business leads, end users, business analysts, solution developers and 3rd party vendor experts to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Understands Business Readiness
- Excellent co-ordination facilitation skills
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder workshops w ith a view to driving out and documenting as-is/to-be processes
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 years relevant business analysis experience is essential.
- Very customer focused.
- Wide exposure and strong practical knowledge of the contact centre and it's workings.
- Previous experience supporting contact centre projects
- Must have in-depth knowledge of CONTACT CENTRE PROCESSES, KPI,s, Operations and enablers.
- Strong Change Management experience, particularly in relation to contact centres
- Understands Business readiness
- Proven track record in analysing and improving business processes.
- Insurance/Assurance/Pensions/Financials experience is desirable
- Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability in test planning and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & problem solving skills.
- Self starter and Team player
