-Plan, design and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities with possible solutions
-Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet clients/brokers
-Gather business and functional requirements to organize it (through interviews, shadowing, document review, surveys)
-Create test scenarios, test plans and test cases to deliver quality results
