BUSINESS ANALYST IN BELGIUM
DISRUPTION TOOL/SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION
My client will be implementing a system that drags data from Ground Ops, Departure control systems to create a mechanism (push technology) to inform passengers if there is a disruption in their flight - delay/cancellation. Currently they have nothing in place so if a plane is delayed the passengers have no information. They are looking for a switched on BA that can gather requirements from users of the system (staff and passengers) and provide solutions by working with IT, using their knowledge of aviation. They need to know about push technology and suggest new ways/solutions that will improve the customer experience by using this tool to inform them if things go wrong.
WEBSITE
They are going to do a massive revamp of their website. They need a BA that has worked on implementing/enhancing websites, making them more functional to use. The person needs to have worked on large corporate websites and understand Front End technologies. They have an on-line booking system which is under performing and needs to be redesigned.
MOBILE APPS
They need a BA that has implemented mobile apps/has a web mobile background with any industry background to launch their mobile app products. Talk to users, gather reqts, work with IT to build and release the apps.
