Business Analyst - Web & Mobile

Proteus Europe operating as an employment business, is currently seeking a Business Analyst - Web & Mobile to join one of our prestigious clients based in Brussels on an initial 3 month contract starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out functional analysis of web components and will also be tasked with designing the wireframes for web and mobile applications using Axure.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out functional analysis for the web components.
- When required, interview business representatives to refine requirements. Contribute to workshops.
- Design of wireframes (components and screens) for web and mobile applications in Axure.
- Annotation and description of components and screens behaviour.
- Support testers to define test scenarios and test data for Business Acceptance Testing.
- Cooperation with IT to understand feasibility to implement requirements put forward. - Support IT during implementation (answer questions, provide clarifications, details)/

Typical deliverables:

- Contribution to list of requirements, business needs documents.
- Use Case documents (functional requirements, business rules, constraints).
- User Navigation flows, process flows.
- Wireframes (screens, screen components) in Axure.
- Progress reports.

Language: English (spoken and written is a must: deliverables are written in English, most of the meetings are conducted in English). Dutch (preferred) French (preferred).

Required knowledge/experience:

Education & Soft skills

Master's Degree.

Analytical and structured thinker able to converge conclusions, clear requirements.

Feel for important details and how they fit with the overall picture.

Result-oriented, pre-active (eg ask for additional input/guidance when required).

Ability to build working relationships in a complex environment.

Ability to manage stakeholders, conduct workshops.

Experience:

Relevant experience in similar positions: definition of requirements, functional analysis.

Knowledge of Banking environment would be an asset.

Technical experience/knowledge:

Preferred experience/exposure to web banking.

General technology background combined with understanding of web technologies, HTML5.

Understanding of requirements structure for web design (use cases, screen flow/navigation flow, wireframes, visual design).

This position requires involvement in definition of web and mobile screen wireframes under guidance of experts in Information Architecture.
