BUSINESS ANALYST - WEB-BASED CLIENT FACING SOLUTIONS (5116)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST, PREFERABLY WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY
- WELL VERSED WORKING WITH DATABASES INCLUDING WEB-BASED CLIENT FACING SOLUTIONS
- PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE WITH A VARIETY OF PERFORMANCE AND RISK METRICS COMPARISONS AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO INTERPRET A RANGE OF TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Agile practitioner with good work-flow definition skills
- Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine required business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyze and evaluate business processes, products, and services
- Drive the resolution of new services and tools during the planning, design and testing phases
