Business Analyst - Web Apps/Software Development

Projektbeschreibung
The web applications analyst will act as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community including third party suppliers, to collect, clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which web applications and solutions are developed.
The role will involve collaboration with the business and third party suppliers to provide end-to-end solutions based on business functional requirements. They will ensure that the applications' performance and support metrics meet stated targets and adhere to agreed SLAs.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all stakeholders including internal business partners and external suppliers.
- Assist/Lead Requirements Gathering for new enhancements and developments.
- Work with IT&T management & business areas to ensure that the Web applications strategy aligns with the Company's business plan & strategy
- Provide solution delivery & application expertise for business process enhancements.
- Project Management of all assigned projects to ensure on time and within budget delivery.
- Assist or lead in the definition of systems solutions to functional problems, conforming to established system architecture standards and practices
- Provide input into the technology plan and ensure that plans for assigned applications are fit for purpose
- Utilise expertisewill require effective conversion planning, interface design and change management
- Participate in or lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of Applications for new business processes & Upgrades.
- Conform to system architecture standards and practices and work with software suppliers as required
- Project Manage and Report on own workload to agreed plan
- Enforce required system security & audit requirements to each application.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
- BSc. in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3+ years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Development background
- Proven experience working with Typo3 CMS
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of web production standards and best practices
- Proven ability to deliver web based content in a dynamic and fast passed work environment
- Excellent working knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, Content Management Systems, etc
