Business Analyst - Wealth Transformation Project (S25)

- $120-135 PACKAGE + 20% BONUS POTENTIAL (POTENTIAL PACKAGE OVER 160K!)

Our client is embarking on a three to five year Business Transformation program. This strategic investment will deliver a modern platform technology further cementing its position as a market leader in the Wealth space!

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to be involved in a large scale program. Ideally, you would have had experience with investment products and platforms such as Wraps, Master Trusts, Margin Lending, Managed Accounts or Equity platforms.

The business requirements gathering activities must be approached and delivered by analysts comfortable and experienced with design driven innovation and development. They must have experience working with approaches that are creative and visually driven. Definition of concepts and requirements will be based on user centred design modelling. Extensive experience of working in project environments and collaborating with designers will be critical.

This role requires at least 5 years experience in defining and documenting scope and user requirements. Experience with the implementation and support of commercial off the shelf solutions, and the necessary alignment of business requirements with core solution functionality is also highly desirable.

TO SUMMARISE, BELOW ARE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 5+ years business analysis experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a business, finance or technology related discipline
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with Use-case documentation
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- An understanding of project management
- Understanding of the opportunities & challenges associated with the implementation of COTS solutions
- Agile software development experience such as Scrum
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Project, Visio, Requirements modelling and use -Case Tools
