For our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a
Business Analyst Wealth Management
Start date: 01/11/2015
Duration: 12 months
Location: Zurich
This role holder will be part of the Business Engineering team and cover a wide range of topics on the advisory/investment management and service model transition processes.
Some of the tasks will be
- Collect and analyze business requirements and transform them into IT systems specifications
- Closely liaise with key stakeholders in front units (Relationship Managers, Investment Solution & Advisory) and IT functions (Application Development, Testing, IT Service Owners)
- Drive requirements prioritization, facilitate discussions
- Propose business concepts, process adaptions
- Actively supporting testing activities
- Assist in the preparation of training and support material
Needed skills and experience:
- Solid knowledge of the Wealth Management domain: products, investment & advisory processes, product suitability, regulatory, compliance, risk management, valuation concepts
- Business & IT Architecture principles
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to document business concepts, prepare specifications, proposals
- High degree of familiarity with projects in a global context (multiple locations, cross-cultural teams)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to present/articulate
A big plus would be
- MiFID know-how
- Team player
- Working in cross-cultural teams
- Fluent English and German strongly preferred (on a level which does allow the participation in discussions and to liaise with business stakeholders)
