For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS ANALYST W/TAX KNOWHOW (2941)
WE OFFER:
- A challenging and attractive position as Business Analyst within Global Operations in Zurich
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the allocated tax project which focuses on lights-on
- Responsible to be the subject matter expert, which analyzes processes, specifies business requirements and drives the changes until implementation/deployment
- Drive the entire project management process implementing transformation: Ensure execution is in time, scope and budget; communicate with stakeholders, manage risks and issues actively and define and implement mitigation actions
- Act as role-model and coach and ensure collaboration across teams
- Attractive work place in a cooperative team within a pulsing, complex and international environment
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Several years of experience and a proven track record of Business Analysis, needs to write 25+ business requirements
- Know-How about SDLC Lifecycle and IT Run- and Change-the-Business processes, plus TAX KNOWHOW
- Excellent planning, analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with problem solving capabilities and decision making abilities
- Self-motivated personality, comfortable with driving and managing change and with a passion to innovate
- Very good knowledge of German and English - both written and spoken
- A winning and open personality with a high degree of interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate
