Business Analyst Vision Plus (V+)

VISION + (V+) BUSINESS ANALYST - ZURICH - 6 + MONTH

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

Understand current business processes and develop detailed specifications around our entire cards portfolio. Provide detailed knowledge around the design of cards products as well as the processing. Provide technical input to discussions and negotiations with 3rd parties like Zühlke, Telekurs and Mastercard.. Review technical solutions and designs from development partners to be aligned with the Bank V+ Architecture. Take responsibility for coaching/training the V+ Business Analysts. Support the cards product manager with Control Record set up and key generation process. Facilitate Requirement gathering Workshops

MAIN OBJECTIVES/ACTIVITIES:

Create feasibility studies as defined within the development standards

Understand and develop business requirements for IT Solutions

Translate business requirements into a high-level design specification for software development,

Prepare detailed design and technical software application requirements.

Ensure that automated functionality is developed in accordance with design specifications, development and documentation standards and quality requirements

Support the business in BD activities related to cards

Support Test Management and business functions in defining and setting up test cases.

Elicitation of Business Requirements and Business Processes (As-is and to-be) from business.

Responsible for documenting functional and non-functional requirements.

Manages verification and sign-off of requirements.

Drives the evaluation of solution options in relationship with the IT infrastructure analyst and the IT project manager.

Responsible for requirements prioritization and requirements change management.

Responsible for identifying interfaces between systems

Vision+ specific

Coach and Train IT Business Analysts to enhance V+ Know how

Ensure by interacting with V+ Development Partner that changes and development are in line with IT Standards and Priorities

Support Business Representatives in setting up and understand V+ Control Records

Establish and maintain contact to Control Record Group

Establish consolidation process for changes/development processes on V+ System with other Teams/Departments/Businesses

Support local Business in Encryption Key Generation

Support Business in developing and enhancing and understanding Card Chip Functionalities

Maintain contact with V+ COE and V+ Supplier to coordinate Initiatives and Releases
