Business Analyst/UX Designer

Resource 1 is in need of a Business Analyst for a Web development project in Columbus, Ohio.   

Initial project is anticipated to go approximately 6 months. Individual should have at least 5 years of business analysis experience, along with some recent exposure to webpage design and development.  Individual will be responsible for working with the customer(s) to gather and define requirements, create functional specifications, build requirements traceability matrices and help optimize the overall web user experience. Individual should have web experience, conceptualizing the business requirements into wireframes to be used by the development team. Experience using Axure, or similar RP (Rapid Prototyping) tools for creating wireframes/prototypes is a big plus for this project. Individual should have solid experience in UX design and such web Front End technologies as HTML, JavaScript & CSS.  Communication skills are critical for this project because of the many requirements gathering sessions.
