Business Analyst - Unique Customer Identity (UCI) Project

Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst for a Unique Customer Identity (UCI) project for a 6 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate performing a range of analytical and conceptual activities, underpinning an accounted solution portfolio, in conjunction with internal business customers.

You are responsible for

. Leading the collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements (defining affected business processes, IT-systems and roles) in line with clients' standards/PMM approach
. Updating/preparing the project charter and other mandatory deliverables supporting the relevant PMM phases together with the Informatics Project Manager (IPM)
. Working with delivery and the project team to ensure that the end solution is consistent with the URS (User Requirements Specification) and Businesses' needs
. Capturing Operational Support Model requirements, obligations, constraints and define the underpinning sub processes
. Gaining an understanding of existing systems' functionality, comparing current/envisioned business processes to system functionality, and document gaps
. Creating as-is and to-be process models and associated information/control flows to represent business processes for the area under analysis
. Supporting creation of end-to-end test scenarios
. Defining KPIs with a view to demonstrating gains through actual process improvements
. Documenting discussions (meeting minutes) and circulating to the group and obtaining sign off to ensure all stakeholders are on the same page with regards to any issues
. Providing inputs in developing solution architecture and design
. Collaborating across functions to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible to meet requirements
. Supporting the assessment of dependencies, potential issues and risks
. Reviewing and aligning with client`s policies, procedures and practices to determine specifications and requirements for any development

Requirements

. 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, background ideally gained in the Life Sciences domain
. 3-5 years' experience in Validation and GxP as well of knowledge of PMM or similar methodologies (PMI)
. 3-5 years' experience of cloud based CRM technologies (Salesforce and possibly also Pega with AWS), Master data management, system integration (ie with SAP, Oracle based systems) and Business Objects reporting
. Background of working within AGILE project environments/using JIRA/globally distributed teams
. Have the necessary technical appreciate to work effectively with the Roche Architectural community (exposure to TOGAF is a positive)
. Proficiency in analysing, documenting and redesigning Business Process Models with the ability to reify and measure success of said processes
. Hold or be working towards Business Analyst accreditation (ie BCS, IIBA CCBA or CBAP)
. Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
. Ability to guide and work with multiple functional and technical teams
. Fluent in English
. Have an understanding of engagement approval and actual spend reporting (within the context of the EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) HCP/HCO Disclosure Code)
