BUSINESS ANALYST - (UNDERWRITING, CLAIMS & TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING)
LOCATION: Zurich, Switzerland
JOB TYPE: Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Looking for Good experience in Business Analyst with either UNDERWRITING & Business Services or CLAIMS & TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING
- Experience in SDLC and Agile project approach
- Significant exposure to BPM tools desired
- Responsible for the elicitation, defining, detailing of functional requirements
- Working with client and other analysts to prepare requirements and perform gap analysis
- Responsible for preparing functional design and other analytical documentation such as Use Cases, User Stories etc
- Develop process maps and provide analysis at detailed levels between business activities and IT systems
- Identify IT integration points, develop benefit and cost analysis, assist business with prioritization of process automation opportunities
- Working with the Business, Development and Testing teams to clarify requirements
- Producing estimates for the work
