Business Analyst (Treasury) - Zurich - Contract

We are looking for our client in the banking sector in Zurich for a BUSINESS ANALYST (TREASURY) to join their international team responsible for IT projects in the Treasury area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements for IT projects in the treasury area
- Responsibility for investigating business problems and proposing solutions
- Liaising with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Adoption of common standards, processes and tools
- Participating in different testing activities
- Creating UML diagrams, database models, Entity Relationship diagrams
- Working in an Agile environment

IDEAL PROFILE:

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector (3+ years)
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
- Very good understanding of treasury topics (ALM, hedge accounting, fair value, etc.)
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Ability to read Java and PL/SQL source code
- Flexible, proactive and able to work independently
- Fluent in English, German would be a strong advantage
