On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution based in Zurich, Swisslinx is urgently seeking an IT Business Analyst to work on global Treasury IT Projects.
Are you looking for a challenging and versatile contract role within the financial industry?
In this contract, you will be working across the full software development life cycle to support global treasury IT projects in a challenging Liquidity Management Program which also covers some MIS and Regulatory Reporting. Therefore you'll need your expert level understanding of Repos, SLBs and Prime Brokerage, as well as your experience within treasury.
This includes responsibilities such as analysing and gathering business requirements, interacting with various business areas and IT, providing requirements documentation to drive development activities, analysing the impact of changes with regards to timelines and deliverables (incl. analysis & resolution of potential problems), writing SQL queries (data analysis), creating systems models/specifications/diagrams and charts, as well as assisting in developing at least 3 years in IT projects
- Expert know-how of Secure Funds (Repos and SLBs, ideally also PB)
- Broad knowledge of treasury topics such as interest rate management, asset/liability Management, liquidity management, funding or capital management; general skills of retails banking is a plus
- Ability to think and act globally with strong awareness of cross divisional challenges
- Solid with SQL Queries for Data Analysis
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
