Business Analyst - Training

DESCRIPTION:
Provide support for the site GMP training system to internal customers by analysing training curricula information and recommending solutions following a defined curricula design & management process. Help customers restructure their existing training curricula, deliver training, and effectively work with internal customers to achieve training compliance. Partner with training team in system improvement efforts or change initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience plus 4 years related experience in training programs. Must have good communication skills and proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated writing skills. Training and meeting facilitation experience. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of GMP environment, and familiarity with standard operating procedures preferred. Demonstrated presentation, project management, and writing skills. Need high aptitude and proficiency with computerized systems. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems preferred. Instructional Design preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.
